Preparing Avocado

  • While the oats cook, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork until smooth and creamy.

Combining Ingredients

  • Once the oats are ready, remove them from the heat. Stir in the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Incorporate the mashed avocado into the oatmeal, blending until fully combined. If you prefer a chunkier texture, leave some avocado pieces intact.
