Instructions
In a mug, combine oat flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and coconut sugar. Mix well.
Add dairy-free milk to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
Fold in most of the mini chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping.
Microwave the mug on high for 60 seconds. Check for doneness; if needed, microwave in 10-second increments until set.
Once cooked, sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top to melt slightly.
Enjoy directly from the mug or transfer to a plate!
