  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 3 Tbsp. protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup dairy-free milk
  • 2 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips plus extra for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a mug, combine oat flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and coconut sugar. Mix well.
  • Add dairy-free milk to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
  • Fold in most of the mini chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping.
  • Microwave the mug on high for 60 seconds. Check for doneness; if needed, microwave in 10-second increments until set.
  • Once cooked, sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top to melt slightly.
  • Enjoy directly from the mug or transfer to a plate!
