Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons pizza sauce or tomato/marinara sauce
  • 2/3 lb ground chicken
  • 5 sticks mozzarella cheese cut into strips
  • 3 oz spinach
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large tomato sliced for decoration
  • 4-5 green olives for eyes
  • 4-5 black olives for eyes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • olive oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Blend fresh spinach in a food processor until it forms a paste. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Add one egg, salt, and pepper to the spinach and mix well.
  • Fold in the ground chicken until well combined.
  • Grease a 4-inch springform pan and press the chicken mixture into the mold to form the pizza base.
  • Bake the pizzas for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and top with pizza sauce and mozzarella strips to create mummy bandages.
  • Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Decorate with olive pieces for eyes and serve warm.
