Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Blend fresh spinach in a food processor until it forms a paste. Transfer to a bowl.
Add one egg, salt, and pepper to the spinach and mix well.
Fold in the ground chicken until well combined.
Grease a 4-inch springform pan and press the chicken mixture into the mold to form the pizza base.
Bake the pizzas for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and top with pizza sauce and mozzarella strips to create mummy bandages.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
Decorate with olive pieces for eyes and serve warm.
