Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Just Bare Chicken Filet
  • 0.5 cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Reduced-Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken filet as desired and heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove from heat and let it rest for a minute, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the cottage cheese as the base and top with sliced chicken.
  • Drizzle ranch dressing and BBQ sauce over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate if meal prepping.
