Instructions
Season the chicken filet as desired and heat a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from heat and let it rest for a minute, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
In a mixing bowl, add the cottage cheese as the base and top with sliced chicken.
Drizzle ranch dressing and BBQ sauce over the chicken.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
