- 2 cups Heavy Cream 480 ml
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
- 4 cloves Garlic minced (12 g)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
