Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef 450 g
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream 480 ml
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced (12 g)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish (optional)
  • 1 lb Fettuccine or Any Pasta of Your Choice 450 g

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions, typically 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Once done, drain and set aside.

Step 2: Brown the Ground Beef

  • While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 7-10 minutes, until browned and no longer pink. Set aside.

Step 3: Prepare the Alfredo Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes, letting it thicken slightly.

Step 4: Add the Cheese

  • Stir in grated parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the cream until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Step 5: Combine Everything

  • Add the browned ground beef back to the skillet with the sauce, and then mix in the cooked pasta, ensuring the pasta is well-coated with the creamy sauce.

Step 6: Serve and Enjoy

  • Serve the dish, garnished with fresh parsley, and enjoy your creamy ground beef and alfredo pasta!
