Base Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Use high-quality Greek yogurt for best texture.
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips Optional; use mini chips for better distribution.
  • a pinch salt

  • Silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin tins For shaping the bites.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
  • Stir in mini chocolate chips if using for added sweetness and texture.
  • Spoon the mixture into silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin tins, filling each cavity evenly.
  • Smooth the tops with a spatula or the back of a spoon to create a flat surface.
  • Place the trays in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  • Once fully frozen, remove the bites from the trays by running warm water over the outside of the tray if needed.
  • Store the frozen bites in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes
