Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pour in the almond milk and stir well to combine all the dry ingredients.
  • Add chopped dates, maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
  • Cover the bowl or jar with a lid or plastic wrap. Refrigerate the mixture overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Serving

  • In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If it looks too thick, add a splash of almond milk.
  • Serve in bowls or jars, adding your favorite toppings.
