  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless preferred for even cooking.
  • 1 can green beans Drained.
  • 1 box stuffing mix Follow package instructions for preparation.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup Can be swapped for gravy for a different flavor.
  • 1 cup chicken broth Adjust to preference for moisture.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust as desired.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
  • Pour the drained green beans over the chicken.
  • Prepare the stuffing according to the package instructions and spread it over the green beans.
  • Mix the cream of chicken soup with the chicken broth and pour over the stuffing.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Check that the chicken is cooked through and tender before serving.

Serving

  • Ladle a generous portion onto each plate, including chicken, stuffing, and green beans.
  • For special occasions, garnishing with fresh herbs like parsley can enhance presentation.
