Ingredients
  

  • 3–4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 3–4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Instructions
 

  • Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts and place them at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Chop the onion and mince the garlic. Layer them on top of the chicken.
  • Pour the barbecue sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  • Pour the chicken broth around the edges of the pot, avoiding the layers.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks and stir to combine with the sauce.
  • Serve the BBQ chicken on buns, in tacos, or over rice as desired.
