Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until soft and translucent.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Add chopped spinach and stir until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Add the cheese ravioli to the pot and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes for fresh ravioli.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
