Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips.
  • Pour in the sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  • Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish and press the mixture evenly into the bottom using a spatula or your hands.

Baking

  • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.
  • Let cool in the dish before slicing into bars.
