Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, diced chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, shredded lettuce, crumbled bacon (if using), and shredded cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until well blended.
Drizzle the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
Serve chilled, garnished with croutons if desired.
