Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked Pasta
  • 1 cup Diced Cooked Chicken
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Diced Cucumber
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Cooked Bacon crumbled (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Optional Croutons for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, diced chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, shredded lettuce, crumbled bacon (if using), and shredded cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until well blended.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
  • Serve chilled, garnished with croutons if desired.

Notes
