- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup beef broth low sodium
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Sear the Beef:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
