Ingredients
  

Naan and Chicken Base

  • 4 pieces naan breads Use store-bought naan for convenience.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Store-bought rotisserie chicken works well.

Sauce and Toppings

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce Use your favorite BBQ sauce.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Can substitute with ricotta or goat cheese for variation.
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced Adds crunch and flavor.
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped Optional, for garnish.
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen) Provides sweetness and texture.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder For added flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper To taste.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For brushing the naan.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with half of the barbecue sauce until well coated.
  • Place the naan on a baking sheet, optionally lined with parchment paper.
  • Lightly brush each naan with olive oil.
  • Spread the remaining barbecue sauce evenly across the naan.
  • Top each naan with the barbecue chicken mixture, spreading it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken and add sliced red onions and corn.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper on top.

Cooking

  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling, and the naan is golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute.
  • Top with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.

Notes
