Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional for extra crispiness
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Wash the sweet potato under cold water and peel it if desired. Cut into ½-inch cubes.
  • In a mixing bowl, drizzle the cubes with olive oil (if using) and sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and cumin. Toss to coat.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange the sweet potato cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes, then shake the basket.
  • Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until crispy on the outside and tender inside.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and toss with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
