boneless skinless chicken breasts

extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil

teaspoon
kosher salt

teaspoon
paprika

garlic powder
¼
teaspoon
dried thyme or oregano
(or other dried herbs)

freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix salt, paprika, garlic powder, dried herbs, and black pepper.
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness to ensure even cooking.
Drizzle the oil over the chicken and coat thoroughly. Sprinkle the seasoning on both sides and rub it in.
Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket smooth side down. Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook for 7 minutes.
Flip the chicken and cook for another 3 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
