Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular) Higher protein content in Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced Fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries Fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup banana, sliced Ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced Fresh kiwi
  • 1 cup orange segments Fresh orange segments
  • 1 cup diced mango Fresh mango, diced
  • ½ cup granola Optional for added crunch
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional sweetener
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish Optional garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Prepare all the fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting them into bite-sized pieces as necessary.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the plain yogurt.
  • Drizzle in the honey or maple syrup if you want added sweetness and mix well to combine completely.
  • Gently fold in the strawberries, blueberries, banana, kiwi, orange segments, and mango until the fruits are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt.
  • If using granola, sprinkle it on top right before serving, to maintain its crunchiness.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
