  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional, for added sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional, for extra flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt To balance sweetness.

Preparation

  • Rinse the blueberries under cool water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel. Ensure they are completely dry.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Dip each blueberry into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Place the coated blueberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced apart.
  • Freeze the baking sheet for about 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt coating is firm.
  • Transfer the yogurt covered blueberries to an airtight container for storage.
