  • 1/2 cup baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  • Add the eggs and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until you achieve a smooth dough.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Gently fold in the sprinkles until evenly distributed in the dough.

Baking

  • Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
