Ingredients
  

Pizza Base

  • 1 package Pizza dough Can be homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For drizzling.

Cheeses

  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese Dollops for spreading.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded for even melting.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated.

Toppings

  • 4 ounces Prosciutto Arranged on top after baking.
  • 1/4 cup Hot honey Drizzled over the pizza.
  • 1 cup Fresh arugula For garnish and peppery bite.
  • to taste none Black pepper For seasoning.
  • to taste none Red pepper flakes Optional for additional heat.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while heating.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza peel or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the dough and spread it evenly using a pastry brush or the back of a spoon.
  • Spoon dollops of ricotta cheese across the surface, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese bubbles.
  • Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute.

Serving

  • Arrange the prosciutto slices on top of the cheese and drizzle hot honey generously over the pizza.
  • Add a handful of fresh arugula for a peppery bite, and season with black pepper and red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Slice your pizza and serve immediately.

Notes
