Preparation

  • Lay out half of the Ritz crackers on a flat surface.
  • Take about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter for each cracker and place it in the center of the crackers.
  • Top the peanut butter with the remaining crackers and gently press down.
  • Melt the white almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in 30-second increments until smooth.
  • Use a fork to dip each cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, ensuring even coating.
  • Transfer each coated cracker onto a piece of parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top of the melted chocolate if desired.
  • Allow the coated crackers to sit for about 30 minutes until the almond bark hardens.
