  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

For Garnish

Preparation

  • Start by placing the cottage cheese into a food processor.
  • Add the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the processor.
  • Blend the mixture on high until it achieves a smooth and creamy texture, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Stop and scrape down the sides as needed to ensure everything blends well.
  • Taste the dip and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Notes
