Preparation

  • Shape the mixture into burger patties, adjusting the size to your preference.

Cooking

  • Cook the patties for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side until they are well seared.
  • Ensure patties reach an internal temperature of 160°F using a meat thermometer.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.

Assembly

  • Place cooked patties on the bottom half of the burger buns.
  • Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and a generous amount of the special sauce.

  • Crown with the top half of the bun and serve hot.
