Instructions
Pat the tofu dry and crumble it into small, bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the crumbled tofu with olive oil and taco seasoning until well-coated.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the tofu mixture. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until browned and slightly crispy.
Stir in the salsa and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Serve immediately in tortillas or as desired.
