Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz firm or extra-firm tofu
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons salsa your favorite kind

Instructions
 

  • Pat the tofu dry and crumble it into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix the crumbled tofu with olive oil and taco seasoning until well-coated.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the tofu mixture. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until browned and slightly crispy.
  • Stir in the salsa and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Serve immediately in tortillas or as desired.
