Instructions
Melt the dairy-free chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler until smooth. Let cool for about 5 minutes.
In a high-powered blender, combine the melted chocolate, silken tofu, vegan cream, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness if desired.
Pour the mousse into serving bowls or jars and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
Serve chilled, optionally topped with vegan whipped cream and fresh fruit.
