Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, instant coffee granules, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  • Slowly stir in the chia seeds, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to individual jars with lids.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken the pudding.
  • Once set, stir well to break up any clumps of chia seeds before serving.

Serving

  • Serve the pudding in bowls or glasses. Top with optional toppings such as dark chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or crushed nuts.
