sweet potato
Olive oil spray

Instructions
Wash and scrub the sweet potato thoroughly. Slice it lengthwise into approximately 1 cm thick slices.
Lay the sweet potato slices flat on a cutting board. Lightly spray both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
For the oven method, preheat to 350°F (180°C), line a baking tray with parchment paper, and bake for 12-15 minutes until fork-tender.
For the toaster method, set to medium and toast the slices, pushing the lever down approximately 4 times until fork-tender.
Once cooked, let the slices cool on a wire rack for a couple of minutes.
Top with your favorite toppings such as avocado, nut butter, or yogurt.

Notes
