2cupsmashed sweet potatoes(approximately 1 large or 2 medium sweet potatoes)
1cupbrown rice flour
1tsp.baking powder
1/2tsp.salt

Instructions
Prepare the sweet potatoes by placing them in an Instant Pot, covering with water, and cooking on high manual for 10 minutes. Release pressure and cool.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a pizza pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, brown rice flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix to form a soft dough.
Shape the dough into a pizza crust on the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
Poke holes in the crust with a fork to prevent bubbling, then bake for 15 minutes.
Add your desired toppings and bake for an additional 15 to 17 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
