Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (195g)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup sweet potato puree (240g)
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp spices of your choice (e.g., cinnamon, garlic powder, smoked paprika)
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine flour, baking powder, sweet potato puree, melted butter, spices, and cheese in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir until a rough dough forms, then knead gently until smooth. If sticky, add more flour as needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while the dough chills.
  • Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick on a floured surface, then cut into desired shapes.
  • Transfer the cut dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, flip, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool completely before serving.
