Instructions
Combine flour, baking powder, sweet potato puree, melted butter, spices, and cheese in a mixing bowl.
Stir until a rough dough forms, then knead gently until smooth. If sticky, add more flour as needed.
Cover and refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while the dough chills.
Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick on a floured surface, then cut into desired shapes.
Transfer the cut dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, flip, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool completely before serving.
