(peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Grease a sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine butter, maple syrup, and ground cinnamon. Microwave for about 30 seconds or until melted, then stir to blend.
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato rounds with the melted butter mixture until evenly coated.
Arrange the coated sweet potato rounds on the prepared sheet pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until tender.
Switch to broil and top each sweet potato round with a halved marshmallow. Broil for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
Press a pecan half into the top of each toasted marshmallow.
Serve immediately while warm.
