  • Sterilized Jars
  • Ladle

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Fresh Cranberries
  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • 1 Tbsp Orange Zest

Instructions

  • Rinse the cranberries under cold water and place them in a medium-sized saucepan with 1 cup of water.
  • Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce to low and allow to simmer.

  • Ladle the warm jam into sterilized jars, leaving about half an inch of space at the top.
  • Wipe the rims of the jars to ensure a good seal, then screw on the lids and allow to cool completely.
