Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings

Marinade

  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish

  • Chopped green onions For garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, honey, and rice vinegar. Whisk thoroughly.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • If using an air fryer, arrange the wings in a single layer in the basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • If using an oven, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange the wings evenly, and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway.

Serving

  • Serve the hot wings on a platter, garnished with chopped green onions. Consider serving with ranch or blue cheese dip and crunchy veggies.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the wings for a few hours or overnight. Ensure wings are patted dry before the marinade for crispier results.
