  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • to taste sliced green onions, for garnish
  • to taste toasted sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C), which takes about 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces and halved Brussels sprouts. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Arrange the chicken and Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • While cooking, mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger in a small bowl.

Assembly

  • Once cooked, transfer the chicken and Brussels sprouts to a large bowl and pour the sweet chili sauce mixture over them. Toss thoroughly to coat.
  • Serve in bowls, garnished with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.

Notes
