Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour For the base of the bread.
  • 2 cups white granulated sugar Adds sweetness to the bread.
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder Leavening agent for the bread.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Balances the sweetness.

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs Provides structure to the bread.
  • 2 cups milk Adds moisture to the batter.
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil Adds richness to the bread.

Preparation

  • Grease six miniature loaf pans and preheat your oven to 350°F.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil together until just combined.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Mix until just moist and fully incorporated.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans, filling them about an inch below the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.

Cooling and Serving

  • Allow the sweet bread to cool slightly in the pans before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
