Preparation

  • Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets ensuring even sizes.
  • Toss cauliflower florets in the glaze until well coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the florets in a single layer.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Baking

  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  • Check for doneness; it should be golden and crispy on the outside.
  • Let cool for a minute before serving.
