For the chocolate coating

  • 2 cups white chocolate melting wafers Rich and sweet outer layer.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil Helps the chocolate melt smoothly.

Toppings (optional)

  • 1/2 cup assorted sprinkles Adds color and festive flair.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Crush the Golden Oreo cookies in a food processor until they resemble coarse sand.
  • Add softened cream cheese and vanilla extract to the crushed cookies and pulse until a cohesive dough forms.
  • Scoop small portions of the batter and roll them into balls, placing them on the lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

Dipping

  • Melt white chocolate melting wafers with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate using a toothpick or fork, ensuring they are fully coated. Tap off excess chocolate.
  • Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle assorted toppings over the truffles.

Finishing

  • Continue dipping and decorating all the truffles. Let the chocolate set completely at room temperature or refrigerate for a quicker fix.
