Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean the mushrooms by wiping them gently with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Fill each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
