  • 16 large Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped.
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Clean the mushrooms by wiping them gently with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Fill each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
  • Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
