  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced Choose ripe, bright red strawberries for optimal flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.

Toppings

  • ½ cup granola Keep granola separate until serving for crunch.
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds Optional, for added crunch and healthy fats.
  • optional fresh mint leaves for garnish Adds color and freshness.
  • optional chia seeds For extra nutrition and texture.
  • optional coconut flakes Adds tropical flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the strawberries under cool water, hull them, and slice them into halves or quarters.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and stir well until fully mixed.
  • Scoop a generous amount of the yogurt mixture into serving bowls.

Assembly

  • Layer sliced strawberries on top of the yogurt in each bowl.
  • Sprinkle granola evenly over the strawberries.
  • Add sliced almonds on top.
  • If desired, sprinkle chia seeds and coconut flakes on top.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
