- 1 cup white chocolate chips or chocolate chips Feel free to mix in your favorite types of chocolate.
- ½ cup powdered sugar (for rolling) Optional for a sweet coating.
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth with no lumps.
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips or any other mix-ins you prefer.
- Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form small balls of dough about 1 inch in diameter. Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat.
- Place the rolled dough balls on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set. The center may remain slightly soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
