- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
Baking
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until well incorporated, ensuring there are no dry pockets.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour, stirring gently until the dough is thick and well blended.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips, if using.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top of each cookie before baking, if desired.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
