Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients: fresh strawberries, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and cream cheese if using.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well-blended.
  • If using cream cheese, soften it at room temperature, cut into small pieces and add to the bowl. Whisk again until smooth.
  • Add the sliced strawberries to the creamy mixture and gently fold them in with a spatula.

Chilling

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Serving

  • Remove from refrigerator and give a gentle stir before portioning into serving bowls.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color.
