Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, sliced
- 8 ounces egg noodles or rice noodles
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
Preparation
- Start by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Cooking
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the chicken, stirring continuously for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the soy sauce and honey, mixing well to coat the chicken.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and snap peas. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Stir in the cooked noodles, and drizzle with sesame oil. Toss everything together until the noodles are well-coated.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Serving
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes
