Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes.
Toss the chicken pieces in cornstarch until evenly coated.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken to the pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken, stirring well to coat. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Boil the noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
Add the cooked noodles to the chicken and sauce, tossing gently to combine.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
