  • 0.25 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes Optional
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 8 oz Noodles Rice noodles or egg noodles
  • 2 green onions Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds Optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes.
  • Toss the chicken pieces in cornstarch until evenly coated.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken to the pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken, stirring well to coat. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  • Boil the noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the chicken and sauce, tossing gently to combine.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
