Pizza Base

  • 1 package prepared pizza dough Make sure to use fresh dough for the best texture.

Sauce and Cheese

  • 1 cup pizza sauce Choose a high-quality sauce for better flavor.
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese You can experiment with different types of cheese.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the prepared pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Use a round cutter to cut out approximately eight mini pizza rounds and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  • Spread a generous amount of pizza sauce on each mini pizza.

Cooking

  • Bake the mini pizzas in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove the pizzas and cut the mozzarella cheese into ghost shapes using a cookie cutter.
  • Place the ghost-shaped cheese on top of each mini pizza and return to the oven for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Let the pizzas cool for a minute before serving.

Notes
