cream cheese
softened

shredded

parmesan cheese
grated

frozen spinach
thawed and drained

teaspoon
garlic powder

red pepper flakes

extra-virgin olive oil

butter

Instructions
Season chicken fillets with kosher salt and black pepper.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
Using a paring knife, slice a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
Stuff each chicken pocket with the creamy spinach mixture.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the stuffed chicken for about 6 minutes on one side.
Flip the chicken, add butter, and squeeze fresh lemon juice over it. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
