  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce Adjust for heat preference.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • a pinch cayenne pepper Optional for extra heat.
  • chopped green onions Optional for garnish.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Stir well until evenly blended.
  • Add the lemon juice, garlic powder, and soy sauce into the bowl. Mix until all ingredients come together smoothly.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the spice level by adding more sriracha or cayenne pepper if desired.
  • Once you achieve your preferred spiciness, transfer the spicy mayo to a sealing container.
  • For the best flavor, let the spicy mayo rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
