Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces noodles (any variety you prefer)

Sauce Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
  • to taste Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Increase the heat to medium-high and add the sliced chicken to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the broccoli florets and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes, until they become bright green and tender-crisp.
  • In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, chili paste, and honey together. Pour this sauce over the chicken and broccoli mixture. Ensure everything gets coated well, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Combine the cooked noodles with the chicken and broccoli mixture. Toss everything together to warm through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Serve the dish hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
