Chicken Breast or Thighs
Cut into bite-sized pieces

Fresh Cheese Tortellini
(or ravioli)

Garlic

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions
Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
In the same pot, melt an additional tablespoon of butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the crushed red pepper flakes and stir to combine.
Pour in the chicken broth and scrape any browned bits from the bottom of the pot. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Add the fresh tortellini and cook for 4-6 minutes until tender.
Return the cooked chicken to the pot and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil or parsley.
