Equipment

  • Large Pot
  • Skillet
  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 4 large Garlic Bread Loaves
  • 1 lb Spaghetti
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large pot, boil salted water and cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce over medium heat. Stir in the cooked spaghetti until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cut the tops off the garlic bread loaves and hollow out the insides, leaving enough bread to hold the filling.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Brush this mixture inside each hollowed bread loaf.
  • Spoon the spaghetti and marinara mixture into each garlic bread bowl, filling them generously.
  • Top each filled loaf with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
