Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, boil salted water and cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce over medium heat. Stir in the cooked spaghetti until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the tops off the garlic bread loaves and hollow out the insides, leaving enough bread to hold the filling.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Brush this mixture inside each hollowed bread loaf.
Spoon the spaghetti and marinara mixture into each garlic bread bowl, filling them generously.
Top each filled loaf with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
