  • 2 cups all-purpose flour Measure correctly to avoid dry cookies.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture, beating until well incorporated.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring just until no flour is visible.
  • Drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet using a cookie scoop or tablespoons, leaving space between each cookie.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove from oven and cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
